Brief Answer:
Yes you can

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Dermadew soap is a moisturizing soap.
It benefits children with dry skin. You can use it to ensure skin remains moist.
Fairness is something which soaps improve only if the darkness is because of dry skin or allergy.
If your baby's skin is not dry do not expect much improvement with dermadew.
Having said that doesn't mean Fairness products can be used.

I would suggest you to keep your child skin healthy by washing frequently with soap and water.
Avoid powder.

Wishing your child good health
Regards
Dr Arun
