Can Clavam 625 Be Taken While Having Liver Disease?

Question: I have been suffer from jaundice last 17 to 19 years back. presently I was having eye infection for which doctor prescribed me clavam 625. is it ok because . I have also been operated for gall balder stone 15 years back . I came to known from my friend it is not safe please advice
