Brief Answer:
Should be avoided simultaneously

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Celexa is an anti depressant and Ultram is an opiod based pain killer.
There is no absolute contraindication of taking both of them together but ideally should be avoided.
The reason for avoiding is that both of them cause sedation, drowsiness. In case there is severe sedation, you may land into trouble.
So, your doctor judges this clinically and add both the drugs if he feels you can manage both of them simultaneously.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
