Brief Answer:
Insulin needs to be adjusted for 2 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Betnasol is known to increase sugar levels temporarily. You can find this again after second dose. Please see your doctor and request to adjust the dose of insulin. You need to increase dose and monitor the sugar levels every 6 hours.

Please get admitted in the hospital for the same.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
