Brief Answer:
Atropine increases heart rate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Atropine reduces the influence of the vagus nerve on the heart and leads to increase in heart rate. It also increases the conduction through the AV node. In atrial fibrillation, the heart rate is more than desired and this can be further increased by atropine administration.
There is no interaction between Atropine and Amiodarone.
My opinion is that you should not take atropine unless your heart rate is well controlled with other medicines like beta blockers.
