Can Aspirin And Lisinopril Be Taken Together?

Question: My asthma has acted up, the Dr gave me a Oack of Prednisone 4mg for 6 days (6,5,4,3,2,1). I take 81 mg baby aspirin and 5 mg Lisinopril every day for slight high BP, I am on day 2 of the Prednisone, is it ok to continue w the Aspirin and Lisinopril?
