Are There Too Many Tablets For The Treatment Of Acute Urticaria?

Question: I am having Urticaria allergy from 13th july, doctor suggested allegra 180mg and omnicortil 20mg for 5days. On 7th day(19th July) rashes disappeared but felt itching under feet and on hands. So visited dermatologist , she suggested its acute urticaria and it will be there for 6weeks.medicines list:DAZIT M FOR 20Days(mon-aft);HHLEVO-M;(20days)Night; ITIN 12mg(today) and after three weeks(1 tablet) ; TOPP-D (10Days)empty stomach; Prelid-8mg( after breakfast) for 10days ; for acute urticaria, do i need to take this many tablets??she didnt say the root cause and foods to avoid.. after taking allegra and omnicortil i had panic attack and itchiness.. my question is if I suffer that itching and leave it to time, doesn't it get healed naturally?

No need to take so many medicines, take Dazit M tablet

Hi,

Urticaria is an allergic reaction due to many causes including foods, infections, drugs, thyroid disorders and many other causes.

There's need not take so many medicines. Just take tablet Dazit M twice daily. It will usually settle in a few days. Avoid foods containing preservatives and artificial colors.
