Brief Answer:
Infection is the most probable reason indeed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you have any fever, sore throat, painful teeth, ear pain, nausea? Since when do you have this swelling?
Any infection (not only viral) of the ear, teeth, throat can cause enlarged lymph nodes in this area. However if there is no other than swelling and some pain symptoms, inflammation is usually not the case.

If the swelling is since few days and you have or had fever recently, infection is the most probable reason indeed. If its viral, should go away by its own. However if you have had also ear or teeth pain, bacteria can be the reason and you should visit the doctor.
I
f there was no fever, or/and the swelling is there for some time, ultrasound should be done (including thyroid and breasts!).

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Breasts ultrasound has to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Breast pain sounds neglecting. Even if the swelling is less, you should have an ultrasound of your breasts done. It does not have to be right away, you may wait few days and see.
