Brief Answer:
it is important to attend these self care sessions!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis and all the difficulties being on plaquenil. For better management, it is very important to learn how to manage your symptoms at home before seeking care. Also, understanding how these symptoms manifest and various ways to address them are indispensable for management.

Among them, regulate physical exercise, staying relaxed and applying head/cold packs to relieve symptoms and preventing flares. It will also help you get in contact with other persons suffering from similar conditions and will allow for shared experiences on coping strategies and available resources in the community.

I hope this helps and provides more reasons for you to take on this very important program. I wish you well and do keep me posted on this.
