Question: I'm 45 years old male. I got an injection for small throat problem eight weeks back. I'm not sexually active. I don't use IV drugs alcohol etc. I doubt the syringe/needle used in unclean. In the third week after that I got intermittent rise in body temperature especially in the evenings for four days. It was very mild and manageable without any medicines. I was on enormous stress and anxiety also. On 23 rd day I noticed a small pea nut sized round pimple like thing on my penile ring.(no itch, no pain. same coulour as penile head, no puss, no fluid filled). It became small within a day and vanished in one week. I took Oflaxacin+Ornidazole tablets also for a week. During the fifth week I gotmuch anxious and sleepless even after taking Alprazolam 0.25mg tablets and got fatigue in day time. On 42nd day I noticed some rashes about 10 nos at the center of my chest (no itch no pain, pink colored, slightly raised) . They vanished in three days. I doubt the rashes might be present earlier as I couldn't notice due to the hairs in my chest. Are the above indicate symptoms of HIV ARS? (I ask this because I doubt the use unclean syringe during my injection)

Thank you for your prompt reply. I read that rash is one of the main symptom of ARS and ARS symptoms are heavy flu like. I didn't face such flu like symptom'high fever, head ache or anything. I assume my fatigue is due to sleeplessness and sever anxiety. Can ARS symptoms come in sequence like one symptom after another with an interval of 10 days or two weeks?. Can my rash be caused by the multiple medcinec I took? Kindly go through the attachement with my original question

Thank you very much for your encouraging reply. Sorry for disturbing again and irritating type of questions.
During writing my question I have made a mistake. I would like to correct it now. The sleep disorder in night and fatigue in day time happened in the sixth week after getting that injection. (Earlier I have mentioned as five weeks) And the rash I notice at the end of sixth week. Rash was not very wide spread it is noticed in the center of the chest about 10 nos of slightly raised pink rashes some having one very small pimple on them some didn't have. This was the mistake I didn't said in my earlier posts. After including this also does your your opinion remain the same? or any changes in that.
