Question: I have been told I have migranes I get auras have had loss of speech inabity to concentrate partially blurred. Vision have been to stroke clinic everything ok have not had for about six months two in a row is this possible to be migranes

Let me explain about the migraine in your case.
Your history got aura,blurred vision etc which take a lead to migraine.

Migraine can be diagnosed only by physical assessment. There is no imaging investigation to rule out migraine unless there is a organic (structural)abnormality.


Main symptoms of migraine follows:
Headache unilaterally
pulsating,
with or without aura,
duration of one episode will extend from hours to 3 ti 4 days,
nausea and vomiting
sensitivity to light and sound etc

These are the common one.
in other disease like temporal arteritis,neuro vascular abnormality in brain can lead to migraine like symptoms.

There is no proper reason for migraine in modern science.generally they classify genetic and horomonal imbalance,environmental factors.

Kindly make a note that which activity, factor trigger your condition that you experienced in past. So that we can avoid such things in future to prevent.

In ayurveda migraine pathology is interfered with food pattern, lifestyle modification.
