Brief Answer:
The symptoms r not suggestive of arrythmia .Ekg during the episode will hel

Detailed Answer:
Hello , I went through the history provided and even your past questions to understand your physiology better .
Now to start with arrythmia itself is a disturbance of heart rhythm, so both the things are same and used interchangeable.
Now in most probability you have neither one of them and hence should be reassured, because it's very rare to happen at your age and considering your issue with panic situation all the symptoms you have described can be because of the it .

Now when you are anxious there is more secretion of hormones like cortisol and adrenaline in the blood. This per say will make your heart beat faster and forcefully giving rise to symptoms like palpitation, lightheadness and others .so relaxing at the same time is the best way out .

Lastly to objectively determine if there is any arrythmia, getting and ekg ( electrocardiogram ) during such episode is the best way out .
Also to complete basic cardiac evaluation I would suggest you may get an 2 d echocardiography test done too to rule out a very common and benign cardiac condition called MVP ( mitral valve prolapse ) , as it's common at your age and can give rise to the symptoms mentioned as well as panic attacks .

Let me know if any clarification needed and I would be happy to help.
Do rate for others reference.

I'm mainly concerned because I've been having these new symptoms and my blood pressure recorded keeps setting off the irregular heart beat indicator. should I be worried?

Brief Answer:
No you shouldn't worry .Ekg during the symptoms or 24 hr holter monitor

Detailed Answer:
Hello , Generally the blood pressure machine is not sensitive in picking up irregularities in the heart rhythm because per say it measure the difference in pulse volumes of each beat .
So as a doctor I wouldn't rely on it much for my pulse .
Still if symptoms persists getting a ekg during an episode or if that is not possible, a 24 hour holter monitoring, where a pager like machine is kept which will keep on monitoring your ekg for 24 hours while you do all your daily routine, this would help us make sure that there are no missed beats ar rhythm disturbance.
Lastly if you have suddenly stopped xanax or klonopin , irregular beats maybe part of withdrawal symptoms.
