Brief Answer:
Herpes will recur. Others can be cured totally.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

1.Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas infection, Mycoplasma infections, Ureaplasma infections can all be cured completely.
2. Herpes Simplex infection can be cured, but there is no absolute medicine to prevent its recurrences.
3. VDRL and TPHA are tests for Syphilis, one of the STDs.
Syphilis can be cured to the point of presumptive cure. That means there is no definite test for a total cure. Following treatment VDRL titre would likely to fall and become nonreactive in varying duration depending upon the stage in which it is getting treated.
But the TPHA test, once positive means it would remain positive for ever, even after a total cure. It does not mean that it warrants further treatment.
I hope you got the answers for your questions. If you have any more point to be cleared feel free to ask.

Brief Answer:
Most of the diseases are curable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

All the above diseases are not caused by virus. Certain are caused by virus whereas others are by bacteria, parasites and fungus.
Other than Herpes, Genital warts and hepatitis, CMV infection also very difficult to cure. Rest of the diseases are almost totally curable.
