Brief Answer:
how is your sleep? is it disturbed?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Yawning is a sign of tiredness or fatigue and requirement of sleep or rest.
So I would like to know how is your sleep recently?
Has it been disturbed?
Also another question would be are you anemic? When was the last time you checked your hemoglobin? How much was it?
Answer me above questions so I can answer you in more detail.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for following up with me.
Sighing is not a medical condition as such. It is a mode of non verbal communication. So it could be because of fatigue or may be related to anxiety. But it is nothing to be worried of, medically speaking.
As for your sleeping problem and slightly being anemic might be the reason for your increased yawning and indirectly to sighing (not sure about it).
If you are having trouble sleeping you might obtain a prescription for alprazolam 0.25mg tablet for sleeping or any sedative agent available in your place after consulting your doctor and obtaining prescription for it.
Try it for 1 week or 15 days and see whether your yawning pand sighing problem gets better with it. It mostly should help you.
I hope above advice will benefit you. If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you
