Question: my baby hand burned for oil and i have given antibiotic zifi 50 dry syrup &zenflox cyrup wright or not

Thanks for posting in health care magic.

The antibiotics that you have given are correct for burn injury, but the doses should be correct. Syr Zifi has to be given at a dose of 5ml twice daily. Syr zenflox 5 ml twice daily. Please note that both these drugs are prescription drugs and you have to get them prescribed by a doctor.

Apply silver x ointment locally on hand and keep the area dry.

If there is fever or pus discharge from the wound go to Emergency Room.
