Brief Answer:
Your test is conclusive; No need to retest

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

A negative screening test for Hiv and syphilis at 3 months or more after a risky sexual encounter rules out both Hiv as well as syphilis, with certainty.
Hiv screening earlier than 3 months has a small chance of not being accurate (i.e false negative ) as some individuals develop detectable antibodies as late as 12 weeks, however, a negative result at or beyond 12 weeks is conclusive.

Always practice protected sex

Hi.

Protected sex is considered to be safe. However, one time unprotected sex has a risk of about 1 in 2500 for male of acquiring Hiv.
