I am very happy with Dr Topiwala's answer to my question. He understood exactly what I was concerned about and answered in depth. He went further than my request, to be sure that I understand how a certain medication works, which was important in the context. I have a lot of confidence in his opinion and will definitely recommend this site to others. This was so fast and efficient.
