Dr. Khan, Thanks very much. I would not have made the connection to the vestibular system. My hearing is fine (when last tested a couple years ago), but the left side is starting to lose some frequencies, and I've always had issues with wax build-up. Fortunately, there's a great ENT doc a couple miles down the street. I try not to think about it, but I kinda thought the heart was probably behind these issues. I exercise, am not overweight, don't smoke or drink (only a little), and don't have any heart issues in my family. Whether it's the heart or all the plumbing, I need to get some tests done. Thanks for your diagnosis, and terminology so that I can communicate with my regular doctor tomorrow and get the appropriate tests ordered. Best regards, Jim
