Thank you very much. I thought I would be like you wrote, but I wanted a specialists opinion. I live in a small country, with good medical care and good doctors, but recreational running is a relatively new sport in our parts, and our doctors tend to be conservative. I am happy to read that I can continue with my exercises. Thanks again
