Hi, been to urologist and you were right about a fissure. Have been told to stop using Anusol cream as a steroid and not helping healing. Also Lignocaine gel for pain, Lactulose syrup and high fibre. They are helping. No help on the "peripheral neuropathy", waiting 6 weeks so far. Thanks for your help.

It DID ask the questions but I felt that for what I was paying, that the doctor could have given some additional information about recovery times etc rather than waiting for me to ask more and more each time. The original answer felt very abrupt and didnt completely answer the question about eggs and where they go to. Most patients/customers do not know this information themselves, so a doctor could Pre-empt this lack of common knowledge by simply adding it into the original answer. She was very quick to respond to the email which I was glad for, as my mind was already fretting, and it put me at ease to know quickly that I most likely won't have to worry about additional unforeseen complications. I like knowing (since this is my first time using an Internet question site) that a qualified person is on hand to reply to me and takes the time out of their day to get back to me so soon after I ask something.
