The doctor's answer was clear, constructive, thorough and specific enough to be truly helpful. His insightful response went well beyond what I was able to find on my own researching on line and I honestly don't think I could have done better in a face to face appointment. What I appreciate the most is that he answered my question directly and specifically rather than providing a canned answer that did not really address my concerns. This makes me more confident about addressing my challenges in an informed and capable way. I really got my money's worth and won't hesitate to use this service again.

This was very helpful and it's what I needed to hear. Thank you. It made me realize that I do need to make some serious changes, but that I can do it without putting my body into shock. It looks like slow and steady wins the race. Thank you again. My boss has now offered to bring a nutritionist into the office, instead of the Weight Watchers team, so maybe that's a step in the right direction.
