Not very empathic and telling me to 'hold my head up high and love myself' is not the kind of response I expect when I have just told them I want to commit suicide!

This was reasonably helpful...it confirmed a lot of what I've found in my web research, but I guess we just won't know anything until all the test results are in. But at this point, any reassurance is welcome, so this is fine.
