In the first place, I never expected a follow-up, and was very surprised to hear back from him, especially, since this is a website with a lot of distance involved. My reaction is simply this...I am crying because I believe that he is genuinely a very concerned doctor even if he is a "long-distant" one. That is something I don't feel with local doctors. Anyone who is or ever has been a patient of his is very privileged to have him for a doctor.
