How To Cure Redness On The Conjunctiva Of The Eye?

Redness on upper eye lide. Mild redness of the white of left eye of mu 9 year old. She was een Friday night at our local walk in med facility as pedis office already closed. Given erythermycin ointmenr to use 3x per day along with warm compresses over the eye. Whites of eye seems better but redness of upper eye not improved. Will take her in to pedi's office tomorrow but concerned. Itchy eye persists which I tx with benydral. Shouldn't symptoms be better by now?

Itappears tobe simply allergicinfestation.Use cromal eye drop 3times aday. give levocetrizine 5mg tablet at bedtime.If quick relief is requered then use mild steroid dexona eye drop with tappering dose for 10 days.Itwill be alright within 4to5days. No hot orcold compression is requered.
