Nothing to panic about. Usually they cause no symptoms at all, found in many people. Rarely it can block the circulation of cerebral fluid and accumulation in the brain (hydrocephalus is the term), but not your case as your cyst is small and MRI would show it. It can be followed with MRI yearly to see if it's increasing in size, only if it increases causing symptoms surgery is discussed.
