hai fluctuations in bloodpressure post angioplasty can be due to various reasons like most commonly stress induced,altered lifestyle,uncontrolled diet(salty,oily,non vegetarian diet) numbness on the left side is due to the residual effect of his cardiac problem please repeat his sugar levels,ecg,regular check on bloodpressure,lifestyle change, review consultation wtih the cardiologist. take care,
