Hi, I am 25 years old. I have eye power -4.5 & -4. Can i go for laser surgery or treatment. can u please tell about the lowest cost.of this treatment.My parents are always scare these type of treatment.please tell me the side effects of laser treatment .if possible please suggest good eye hospital in vadodara

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error of -4.5 and -4.0.
Laser surgery in the form of LASIK can be performed and it is very safe procedure with minimal or nil side effects. It can correct upto -10.0 dioptres of myopia and since your refractive power comes within this range you can undergo the procedurer.
The other prerequisites are age more than 18 years, stable refraction and adequate thickness of corena.
It costs around 30,000 to 40,000 rupees for both the eyes.
