Thanks for contacting HCM If this is your resting pulse then this is too high. Also if you have taking any caffeine or decongestants they may also increase your heart rate. I would recommend you drink plenty of fluids, rest, avoid caffeine or any other medications. If your pulse remains high > 100 then seek medical attention
