Hi You seem to be having irritable bowel syndrome. Also, you could be having some lesion in the bowel , such as a polyp, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis or a growth in the rectum. Simple causes like anal fissure or piles also can cause ths. You need to see a Gastroenterologist for a complete examination and if necessary, a colonoscopy . Do not ignore blood in the stool. Take care.
