Well, as cliche as this may sound it's absolutely true. Gotta know the cause. If from an infection external to the eye then, that's the bad guy. If due to an acute rise in fluid pressure in the eye then, that's your man. If it's behind the eye such as what could happen in optic neuritis or tumor then, that's the target. If it's due to migraine headache etc. etc. Need to see an eye doctor for exam

HI, there is a tube connecting nose and eyes - to drain eye fluid into the nose. You are blowing this. Stop blowing nose to avoid retrograde infection into the eyes, consult an ENT and / or Eye Specialist.
