What May Be The Cause For Involuntary Shaking Of My Body Along With Tinnitus?

vibrations all over the top of my head, almost like a light vibrator is on it. base of my spine (bottom of my tailbone area) is radiating so much heat at night, I wake up with the sheets wet around by lower back/butt are. My ears are hearing sounds, almost like listening to a sea shell and this is fairly frequent.. body goes into involuntary shaking,

You need to do CT brain and nerve conduction test to be sure that you do not have any organic brain lesion.
