Is It Necessary To Get A Blood Test Done Prior To Visiting A Doctor For Panic Attacks?

i ve been having panic attacks a lot recently, maybe 3-4 a day. i want to see a doctor but im terribly scared they re going to take blood tests so ive been putting it off. do you know if doctors usually take blood tests when it comes to panic attacks?

Hello,

To me, you should see psychologist first to understand why you have these panic attacks. Then, if they will say its a must to get blood tests, try to get helped by psychologist before getting the blood draw for testing.

Usually we do not take blood tests for panic attacks. That's why I'm suggesting to see psychologist first.
