What Could Be The Cause For Pain In The Lower Jaw And Ear That Is Spreading Throughout The Face?

hi am 57 years old and for months Ihave had alot of pain in my jaw. on the top and bottom of the right hand side. also at the base of my jaw and severe ear pain. the pain also runs up the side of my face along the front of the ear all the way to my temple. along side the sinus bone under the eye and numbness on the right hand side of my nose

Hello,

I would like to ask you:
1. Is there fever?
2. Is there too much ear pain? Can you specify any timing when ear ache occurs?
3. Is there any thing oozing or coming out of the ear.
4. Can you hear properly or less/
5. Can you eat properly or there is pain during eating? Is there any pain felt from within the mouth especially from teeth?

I would like to give some tests:
1. Middle Ear CT
2. Complete Blood Tests including RF
3. Sinus CT

I would also like to give a course of antibiotic
Amoxicillin

If there is too much pain:
Ibuprofen

It is advised to apply warm compress in affected area. Please post the results so that doctors here can follow you up and can give next course of treatment. Do not worry as you are under treatment.
