Will The Redness And Inflammation Caused By Dog's Paw Fade Away In Due Course?

my dog accidentally landed on my eye with her paw, while i was reading a book in bed. the veins in my right eye between the pupil and my nose are red and look inflamed, but it does not hurt nor is it watery. Should I be worried? will the redness fade?

Still you can wash your eyes with clean water. And take ofloxacin eye drop .3% 3times daily. If there is no improve ment then consult eye doctor.
