Will The Antibiotic Treat Chlamydia Despite Excess Dilution?

I am a 21 year old female and I found out yesterday that my urine tested positive for chlamydia. My doctor prescribed me with a one dose package but I poured the contents into a water bottle and drank it all at once. It wasnt until after when I read the directions that I noticed that I was supposed to only use a specific amount of water. Do you think the antiboitics worked?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The directions for the use of antibiotic have to be followed.
Any increase or decrease in amount of water can increase or decrease the required dilution.
However, the specified amount of antibiotic has been taken.
The amount of antibiotic which has been taken will have an effect on the infection.
Thus, you can repeat the serological test for Chlamydial infection after completing the course of antibiotic.

Thanks and take care
