Will Be Undergoing Tarsal Tunnel Surgery. What Type Of Exercise Will Help In Regaining Strength?

Hello....I am having tarsal tunnel surgery very soon. I'd like to know what movement of the foot I should avoid soon after the scar heals and the dressing comes off, but more importantly what exercises I can begin doing. Is there a set of exercises with a time-line that can be sent to me to help me regain strength in my foot and ankle?
Thank you.
