Will Kalms Tablets Help To Treat Sleep Disorder?
I have had trouble sleeping and my doctor recommended I try Kalms tablets first for a few weeks and see how I get on with those.. having taken my first two about an hour ago I am feeling much more relaxed so I have high hopes that these might work. I have read online though that they stop being effective if you take the recommended dose of 2, three times a day, after a few weeks? Is this true?
