hello doctor. I am 27 year old male & my weight is 43kg.I am feeling very skiny. Do I take ciplactin , decdan, Haem up for gaining weight.if not kindly suggest medicines so I can increase weight in one month. Plz ....help me..looking for ur kind responce..N.S.J.

hello,
weight gain by medicines is always hazardous..
and to get weight gain in one months time is not easy...
dont be desperate...
dont take any tablets in the beginning..
try natural remedies like gym and exercises...
be positive...
have a very balanced diet too...
