Why My Mother Is Getting Headaches All The Time?

Hi my mam keeps on getting headaches all the time, she dosent smoke and dosent drink ahe only drinks on special occasions aswell. She gets them nearly all the time she has a gastric band and tries not to eat much. She is sick down the toilet when she has this problem and it is affecting the full family please help.

Hi,

First of all, If your mother take oral contraceptive pills or a hormonal replacement therapy,she should ask a gynecologist for help. Second your mother should measure her blood pressure and if it were high, she should receive a medical treatment,decrease salt and fat intake, do an ECG and an ECHO on her heart. The gastric band is used to treat the people who are overweight, but it does not treat the effects of the being overweight on the different systems of the human body.
