Why Is My Visual Problem Getting Worse?

I have felt dizzy and have thrown up. This happen to me once before and I went to the hospital and was throughly checked out ( for 3 days) everything was negative. I have a visual problem that is getting worse, do you think that could be the cause?

It seems from the history that you are having vision problem associated with dizziness and vomiting.
Vision problems will not lead to dizziness and vomiting.
These symptoms are usually seen in primary headaches like migraine.
