Why Having Urge To Urinate But Unable To Do So?

I can not urinate it feels like I have to go every 10-20 minutes I go alittle then I can t go but I have to go I went to walkinclinic gave me antibotics and borwn pills I just finished antibiotics two days ago and now I can not urinate and its starting to be more than uncomfortable I don t have any money today please should I go to e.r.?

Hi,
Yes, it is better to go to ER straightaway as it quite likely you have something more than just an ordinary infection. At the least, you should have an ultrasound examination to rule out a bladder or a kidney calculus which has slipped down into ureter and often causes the symptoms that you have which we call 'strangury,.
You can in the mean time see if you can get some citrus soda to alkalinize your urine, and take drugs like Flomax which might help your bladder empty better.
