Why Does The Inner Side Of My Bottom Eyelid Have Colour Pigmentation?

Hi. I am a bit concerned about my eyelid. Inside the bottom rim of my eyelid there is a slight difference in pigmentation. The color is brown, and I have never seen it before. I thought it was makeup but it does not rub off. Should I be concerned? and what could it be?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having pigmentation of the inner side of the eyelid.
This can be a conjunctival nevus. If it is present for a long time with no symptoms of pain, redness or increase in size... no need to worry.
However it requires confirmation of diagnosis by examination.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
