Why Does It Feel Like I Have A Lump In My Foot While Walking?

this is hard to explain but my heel one day started to hurt so i looked at it and there was just a big hole, i dont remember if i stepped on something that broke through my skin but when ever i walk it feels like i have a pebble or something in my foot

Hello,

You can have an ulcer in the foot by some foreign body as mentioned in history. You don't have remembered how you got hurt.

So you need to rule out diabetes in which person might not notice trauma due to neuropathy.

If the ulcer is present as mentioned then you can apply topical antibiotic over that.
