Why Does A Red Line Form Around A Wasp Bite?
I was stung by a wasp below my shoulder on my back and I have swelling around the bite and it look like a red line across the swelling and past the swelling as well. I was stung on Friday night and it is now Monday morning. There is itchness. What does the red line mean?

Red line around the bite site is nothing but the inflammatory process that is going on in your body due to bite.
The capillaries around the bite area will engorge and there will be increased blood flow to the bite area that will help to decrease the inflammation.
