General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your dizziness could be due to some otological cause or some other metabolic cause like sugar and thyroid issue.

I suggest you check your blood pressure and sugar level first for primary work up.

If you have any cardiac history than mention it to guide you further.

Your ear examination also should be done.

According to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
