Why Am I Sleepy During The Day?

I am a 42 year old Male. Off late since almost a month or so I have started feeling sleepy even during the day. My eye lids literally close and this happens anytime during the day. Please let me know if you would like to know anything more about me to help you help me

Hello there. I would like to know hows your sleep at night, the episode of feeling sleepy lasts for how much time, any past history of similar episodes, are you feeling depressed, any family history of similar episodes.
