Which Device Is Used To Measure Anti-oxidant Level?

Is anti-oxidant measurement device used by an American cosmetic company reliable. Hospitals still do not aNY measurement for anti-oxidant levels Why ? 5 ft 8 in. 74 kgs, 76 years age. Healthy and active. Only problem was that my anti-oxidant level was found low.

Sir, you did not mention the name of the anti-oxidant measuring "device". Hospitals typically do not carry such testing as conventional medicine doctors are not familiar with their use and do not trust the tests. I can say that I know of at least one reliable company that runs blood tests indicative of antioxidant levels. There are many effective antioxidant foods and supplements. For example, blueberries are great antioxidants. The supplement resveratrol and the polyphenols are good antioxidants as is vitamin C. Fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, whole grains, fiber and lean proteins - a healthy diet always helps fortify the body.
