When I lie on my back, my chest hurts. Sometimes

When I lie on my back, my chest hurts. Sometimes in my back and sometimes in the front. It’s a dull achy pain that subsides when I sit up. This has been happening for about 3 weeks. I saw my doctor Monday for a regular Medicare checkup and I told him about it. He made note of it and did a lot of bloodwork. I told him my symptoms were so vague that I hated to even mention it but it seems to be getting worse.

I ve had pain in my upper right side of chest, above & around my breast, for 5 days now. It s also in my back but no muscular, something else. It s worse when I lie down. Sometimes the intense pain will go away, but the tenderness never does. Usually when less intense I have pain in my lower left pelvic area or my upper right side just higher than belly button.

Hi, I m feeling some pain in my chest and trachea. the pain worsens when I lay down at night and not much pain during the day. When I take deep breaths it hurts my chest sometimes. Sometimes I get pain on the top of my back and it travels to the front. I ve attempted twice to use my heating pad. It helps for a short period of time then the pain comes back. Don t know what to do, please help.
