Whats The Cause For Watery Loose Stool In Elderly ?

I am a 33 year old male. 6'1", 185lbs. I honestly don't remember the last time I had a solid bowel movement. I generally have one (extremely loose) movement in the morning, preceded by an urgent need to go. The stool is loose and watery, usually contains mucus, and often traces of undigested food.

You are probably suffering from IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome). What is your source of drinking water? I suggest foremost you switch to better drinking water options. Intake of bland diet including curd/yogurt(lacto bacili rich food) and excluding all other milk products (including milk)should help too.If your condition doesn't improve in 15 days then medication needs to be taken. You can revert back to me in 15 days and let me know if this helped. Drinking clean water is very important.
