What To Do If Having Slight Swelling In The Back Of Head, Blurry Vision After Hitting Head?

I hit the back left part of my head yesterday and it swelled up almost immediately, today when I woke up the swelling had went down a bit but now my left eye is a little blurry. Everyone says I need to go to the ER but will this pass, I have no insurance to go to the ER. Whats the worst that it could be?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swelling at the back of the head with blurring of vitamin soon following injury to the head.
This does not indicate concussion injury. However if you have dizziness, loss of consciousness following injury, headache with associated vomiting and nausea you need to go immediately to doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
